This is a six-month commitment where I encourage and counsel you on a range of interpersonal situations and challenges.Â
Coaching is distinct from giving advice, consulting, counseling, mentoring, and therapy.Â
You hire a Social Confidence coach to help you with specific personal goals and transitions.Â
A Social Confidence coach helps you grow by analyzing your current situation, identifying limiting beliefs, managing your thoughts, and other potential challenges and obstacles you face, and devising a custom plan of action designed to help you achieve specific outcomes.
