REW Training
#LoveWhereYouWork
BEYOND CONTENT DELIVERY
Participants engaged through interactive learning are more likely to retain information and recall the training experience at a more favorable rate than when non-gamified strategies are used. Research shows training audiences recall just 10% of what they read and 20% of what they hear – but retention jumps to 90% when learning through simulation and real world examples.
TRAINING ROI
The value of Culture + Camaraderie training may be measured in a 5-part evaluation model:
Level 1: The extent to which team members find the training engaging and relevant to their jobs.
Level 2: The extent to which team members acquire the intended knowledge, skills, attitude, confidence and commitment based on their training participation.
Level 3: The extent to which employees apply, implement, and take liberties to be creative with what they've learned during training when they return to their work, be it in-person or virtual.
Level 4: The extent to which financial benefits for REW have been met, including increased profitability and managed costs. Targeted outcomes and culture shifts will also occur as a result of the training.
Level 5: The extent to which Leadership is able to measure the contribution of training to strategic results and evaluate the effectiveness for internal partners.

TOP COMPANIES INVEST IN TRAINING
An analysis of top performing companies and lowest performing companies shows that skills play a part in overall performance. The results found are not surprising: 84% of employees in Best Performing Organizations are receiving the training they need to succeed at a higher level, a full 68% better than worst performing companies.
Do extraordinary things - naturally.
Researchers from Stanford confirm excellence can't be commanded - While leaders need to set high standards, they can't "order" the behaviors that produce excellence. If they want (team) members to take initiative, make full use of their abilities, and perform "above and beyond", leaders need the influence skills that truly build commitment, cooperation and high performance.
